Developing Catchment Schemes and Nature Based Solutions for Northumbrian Water’s Environment Programme

Information webinar: Monday 13^th June 11:30-12:30 As part of the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP) development, Northumbrian Water have established the North East Catchments Hub – a new and integrated partnership, taking the catchment based approach (CaBA) to a regional level within the North East. First of its kind nationally, it offers the opportunity for all catchment partnerships in the region to work together to deliver more for our river catchments and the water environment by identifying potential catchment schemes and nature based solutions for Northumbrian Water’s WINEP. This webinar will provide:  

• An introduction to the WINEP process and how the North East Catchments Hub is supporting that
• An outline of the process and activities that catchment partners can engage with to identify potential options
• Examples to bring the possibilities to life
